Terms

The terms, plainly.

What Junctra does, what it cannot promise, and what we ask of you.

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Junctra (“we”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use Junctra for a firm, you confirm you may accept them for it.

What Junctra does

Junctra puts buyer questions to AI systems, reports whether they name, recommend and cite your firm and how accurately they describe it, and drafts content to close the gaps it finds.

AI answers vary. The same question can get a different answer tomorrow, and the systems change without notice. Our results are measurements of the answers we received, not guarantees of what any AI system will say. Some measures, such as whether an answer recommends you or describes you correctly, are readings made by software or by an AI model, and are shown as such.

Drafted content is a starting point. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for checking that it is accurate and lawful before you do.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details about the firms you add, and add only firms you work for or are allowed to monitor.

Fair use

Do not use Junctra to break the law, to harm others, to get round its limits, to overload it, or to probe or copy it. Each plan includes a number of AI calls, and the service also has daily limits that protect everyone; tests beyond them are refused, not charged.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Plans and payment

Plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. When paid plans are available, the price, billing period, renewal and how to cancel will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated to cover them.

Your content

What you put into Junctra, and the content we draft for you, is yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as our privacy page describes. You can download all of it, or delete it with your account, at any time from Settings.

Liability

We provide Junctra with care, but as it is: we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that following its findings will change what AI systems say about you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

Ending the agreement

You can end it at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may end it with reasonable notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms. When it ends, your data is deleted as the privacy page describes.

Changes and contact

We will tell you by email before a change to these terms that matters takes effect. Questions go to [email protected].

In effect from 13 October 2026.
